Remember, this IS NOT the big sale. The big sales are the SUMMER sale and the WINTER sale. IF you don't like the price, wait a month for the winter sale to begin.GUIDELINES FOR GETTING THE MOST OUT OF A STEAM SALE:1. If it's not a DAILY DEAL, a FLASH SALE, or a Community Choice, do not buy it. Wait until the last day of the sale, and if it hasn't been on steeper discount, THEN you can know you're getting the best deal. The general discount will continue to the last day, you won't miss out.
2. Purchase games as gifts. You can install them when you want or trade them with friends. This way, if you buy something and never play it, you can pas it along to others more easily.
3. Use your wishlist to keep track of games you really want. When they go on sale, Steam will email you about the discounts. I do this a lot.
