I've got the game. The big drawback: it requires 50GB of disk storage. I've moved my Origin game install folder onto a separate SSD to make room for it since I ran out of room on my primary SSD. I'll be up for playing it if more folks pick it up.

I was just coming here to say its' $15 on Origin right now ;p Wow, I had a $10 gift card there and got a $1 MP3 credit, so even after .60's it was free.

What the hell ;p Ya know, I already have it downloaded. I grabbed it for that weekend pass and never started it up and its still waiting to be started for that trial ;p Oh my computer bombed Larva, man, I had all the exact same probs you did. I'll have to tell you about it later next week.

Who else is getting this? HD space is cheap guys. I decided to clear out my Steam drive tonight and start fresh. Once I uninstalled Steam I had almost 1T free! F'ing hell, games ;p

This link scares me..... It does not take me to the normal Amazon check out screen. It takes me directly to a screen that wants my credit card. I wanted to put it on my Amazon store card...
Also it reports that page does not give any identity info.

I got the link from HardOCP.com. It's in Amazon's digital gaming section. I doubt they'd have posted it if it wasn't legit.

Yah I thought it was queer myself but I was linking in by a new build and went ahead and used it, at the checkout it was Amazon and let me use my gift card to pay for the game instead. Its also a promotional link for a bucks worth of Amazon Mp3.

Now considering this was hot six months ago may be another issue all together ;p

Popularity isn't as big of an issue with this game as it only allows for a max of 8 vs 8 players. It's not like trying to fill up a 64 slot BF server. It's made for small groups so we won't need that many people to play it. Even if we only played it a couple of times, at least it'd be something different.

For what it's worth I ordered a copy for my nephew without any issues. It did ask me to confirm my credit card info but I never left the amazon domain. The extra confirmation is because it's a product key only. When there is no shipping address it's much harder to catch folks who are using other people's credit cards without authorization (something teenagers have been known to do on occasion).

Lol, I had that fecker downloaded but decided to fresh format my origin/steam drive about two hours before I saw this ;p I'm having the same exact internal sound Creative FX issue you were having. Driving me nuts. Everytime I tried to install that it was booting to the welcome screen then locking up. Nuts I tell you ;p
