"Gauntlet" on Steam for $4.99, next three days

[Docjon]

Gauntlet, the great old arcade game remade for the internet age, is on sale for the next few days.

Play on-line Co-Op with three of your friends! And remember, "Elf needs food badly!"

Thanks for the heads up Doc! I've been waiting for this to go on sale!

I ordered the 4 pack since I don't plan on playing it alone. It was only $15 so I basically got one free (which I'll give to my Nephew).

EDIT: I see that DevilDog, Drix, and Violent J (aka Umadbrah) have already picked this up. Several of the [NUB] guys also have this. It'd be nice to see more people in comms playing again - perhaps this could liven things up a bit?

Not really my sort of game. I mean, when it came out in the 1980's it was cool, but I'm spoiled by first-person view games nowadays. I bought it anyway. It should be good for some laughs, and I thought I'd try being sociable.

At that price, even if we just play it for one or two nights and don't take it too seriously, it should be worth it.

It CAN'T be any worse than the epic disappointment that was Diablo 3. I paid $60 for that whore job.
