Shop at CostCo's without membership

If you want to do some shopping at CostCo, get a friend with a membership to buy you a gift card. While you're there, buy yourself another gift card as your passport to your next CostCo shopping trip. If you don't shop there frequently, or maybe want to see what it's like before you pay to get in, here's your chance.

I haven't tried it, but I'm led to understand it works.

Sneeky trick I guess but what if your order is beyond the gift card... Does that work if you only have a $10 card but spend $100. Then if you are not a member will buying another still apply next time?

I don't have a Costco really nearby anyway. There is supposedly one not too too far but I never been to it.

I usually go to Sams club.

I dunno man, it's not like I've been doing any shopping there, particularly these past few months. I guess the gift card gets you in the door, then once you're there, you buy whatever the hell you want, as I highly doubt they're gonna keep you from spending MORE money. If you buy another gift card on your first trip for your NEXT trip, how would they know where you get it. The only thing I could think of is if they kept you from buying a gift card at all.

I'm guessing that, unless you got obnoxious and did this weekly, you could do this indefinitely. Maybe a couple times around Christmas, maybe a few times in the summer for cookout supplies, etc.
