The big retailers like Amazon and Wal-Mart have low discounts, or seem to direct you to ebay auctions where the prices are driven up so much they're not really worth your time. Restaurants like Applebee's and other places seem to have some nice deals though - save $25 off your meal right off the top? Not shabby. 7% at Target. . . 6.5% at K-Mart, etc.
Worth a look. I bought a gift card from Amazon during the holiday season for $100 and got $110 credit. 10% discount on my next purchase. Free money, since I knew I'd be buying from them. Anyone else know of good or better gift card discounters, post 'em. Work the angles, save a few bucks.
