BLACK FRIDAY 2017 DEALS

A place for deals around Black Friday/Cyber Monday. May be appropriated for use through Christmas. I'll probably update this post with my future finds, so as to keep things neater.

Beware. If they're high demand items, no amount of prep or F5 spamming may be enough to get the item when the sale starts on a website. I found that out the hard way a few times in recent years.

(BF) Philips Norelco OneBlade Wet/Dry Electric Razor - ($15) Normally $35, can often be found for around $30. Looks pretty damn good for $15, I was seriously considering it when it went to $25. I'm more interested in the Panasonic Arc3 now, though. If both go on sale, I might get both. The OneBlade is better for longer growth, the Arc3 for shaving every 1 or 2 days.

(Live now) Panasonic Arc3 on sale for $29

(NOW LIVE) Philips Norelco OneBlade Wet/Dry Electric Razor (Amazon) - ($17.47) https://www.amazon.com/Philips-Norelco- ... 1569d60INT

Contrary to popular belief, the Christmas sales season doesn't start on Black Friday anymore, and it continues for a couple weeks AFTER BF. Been seeing some deals, nothing to post here, but keep an eye out and use your great deal resources. I particularly like websites that let you set up price alerts. I've been contemplating a change of VPN. PIA has been OK, but I'm due to renew my yearly sub soon, and others might be better/faster. Anyone looking for a deal on anything in particular? Antivirus, etc? I'll post some of the better deals I find.

Good hunting!

Free year of SHOPRUNNER - that's free 2-day shipping at many e-retailers like NEWEGG.

Got my monitor shipped free in about 30 hours.

Also, keep checking my first comment (OP) above for deals as well.

And the 23" one I got is still on sale: only 60Hz, but may have some things the above monitor doesn't.

STEAM Link for $4.99.

Wonder if I could find a use for one at that price.

That is a LOT off. They must be coming out with a new version so are getting ride of old stock.

I doubt it. Do you want to play on your living room TV? Also you probably need controllers.
You spend all your time on your PC.

I honestly thought about this for myself and my big screen TV. But again, controllers etc... Still need to run my main PC anyway...

I don't know...

Why did you need 2 accounts? In case you were gaming while someone else was as well? I know they let you 'loan' out games to another family member's acct. Of course you both can't play the same game at the same time.

Didn't get much for Black Friday.

I've been wanting a new electric razor for awhile. I've been shaving with a 3-head rotary Remington that's had one broken head for about a year. Ended up getting a Philips Norelco 4500 for under $39 shipped. It's spent most of the year at around $70, I got it at an historically low-price, and one of those browser add-ons found a 15% coupon for it as well. Add in my month trial to Prime, and I got a much nicer razor than I was budgeting for.

Also got a couple 40mm USB fans to help keep my new 8TB external drive cool. They're known to get twice as hot in those enclosures, so these fans on top of it should pull more air through it and help the situation. I'll have to find a program that will give me the temps before and after to see how much it helps.

The wireless NIC usb doo-dad I got for my Rocksmith computer is proving to be quite tempermental, so I said fuck it and got some cat5 and I'm hard-wiring it. What's another wire at this point? :hyper:
