I like this trend of developers releasing remastered versions of old games for free to PC owners. Unfortunately it looks like Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is the exception - the remastered upgrade won't be free.


Remastered BioShock: The Collection
Available September 13, 2016. Free to PC owners of original games + all DLC.
Infinite isn't being remastered for the PC like 1 and 2 are because it's recent and still looks pretty good.

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Remastered
Available November 4, 2016. Only comes with COD Infinite Warfare
- You must purchase the Legacy, Legacy Pro, or Digital Deluxe edition of Call of Duty®: Infinite Warfare in order to get Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare Remastered.
- The new version comes with the full single player experience from the original plus 10 fan-favorite multi-player maps (not all of them).
- It will have dedicated servers, but stats from the original game will not carry over to the new game.
